Always drawing in a massive crowd of youngsters, Red Square is perfect for those who really want to hit the dance floor. With two main rooms – dance in the front and R&B in the back – it is known to get very busy, particularly on Saturday nights with line-ups around the corner often by 10pm. Known to bring in some popular special guests, Red Square has of late been host to acts such as Denzal Park, Peking Duk and Rob Pix. Though Reds may not be the preferred place to ‘socialise’ with friends (the music is VERY loud), you will find people wanting to party all night, often staying open until 7am (the “Reds close”). Security is tight with identity scanners and photographs on entry, along with a strict dress code for open shoes and exposed tattoos, so dress to impress! Red Square has a very young crowd and addictive atmosphere that is sure to give you a fun night out.

In April, Red Square hopped on the pop-up bar bandwagon by renovating the Front Bar, Gaming Room and Smoking Area, transforming to become Brew & Chew – an American-style small bar and gourmet fast food restaurant, serving craft beers and ciders and Americana-type food such as burgers and hot dogs.
